AKAR GROUP is an international manufacturing and supply company founded with Turkish capital, backed by 41 years of industry experience.
In the home textile and fabric sector, we provide high-quality, fast, and flexible solutions to the European market.
Established in 2015 under the umbrella of AKAR GROUP, the ASTELIA brand was created to meet the needs of European customers
in the most effective way possible. With a service approach based on speed and reliability, a competitive pricing policy, and a commitment
to premium quality, ASTELIA was developed to deliver maximum value to its partners. In line with this vision, the company transitioned
to a Europe-based operational structure, offering efficient service through a stock-supported, roll-based sales model.
Our operations are managed through our logistics and stock center in Hungary. This strategic location enables us to provide short lead times,
fast stock dispatches, and high operational efficiency to customers across Europe. Our stocked collections — including curtain fabrics,
ready-made product groups, and carpets — offer a wide range of designs, colors, and textures, addressing the diverse needs of the home textile industry.
In addition to our wholesale sales model, we also offer flexible solutions for meter-based orders. With low minimum order quantities,
fast delivery capabilities, and a customer-focused service approach, we add value to the business processes of our European partners.

ZEYNEP AKAR
completed her legal education in Istanbul and worked as a practicing attorney before earning a Master’s degree in International Law in the United Kingdom. For nearly 15 years, she has played an active role as a second-generation executive in the management of the family business.
Guided by a strong vision for international expansion, she has successfully translated her academic and professional expertise into business operations, significantly strengthening the company’s European structure. As part of this transformation, she led the establishment of the company’s legal entity and warehouse operations in Hungary, laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth across European markets.
